For the purposes of data protection law, Sentient is the data controller for personal data you provide through the Services. Information You Provide

Information submitted through the grant application portal is also subject to that portal’s separate terms and conditions. If you communicate with us, we will collect the information contained in those communications. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as race, health, or biometric data), and we ask that you not submit sensitive data unless it is necessary.

When you use our website or app, we and our third-party analytics providers may automatically collect certain technical data about your visit. Sentient Foundation is established in the Cayman Islands and operates globally. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the Cayman Islands, the United States, the United Kingdom, and countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the Asia-Pacific region. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), or transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.
